El Paso Texas Flags Across America is an "All Volunteer" non-partisan, non-political, non-profit organization dedicated to stimulating love and pride of country in America's children and to serve as a primary source of Flag etiquette and display inquiries. El Paso Texas Flags Across America is 501C(3) incorporated and tax exempt.  

El Paso Texas Flags Across America, with the help of many El Paso businesses and citizens has erected a 180 foot flagpole which flies a United States Flag 24 hours a day, seven days a week on approximately 4.6 acres of land owned by the El Paso Community College and "revised agreement dated September 4, 2008" to El Paso Texas Flags Across America. The "Old Glory Memorial" (OGM) is the name of the site and the purpose of the Memorial is:
