Special request from Fort Bliss when we ask the El Paso Fire Department to bring their ladder truck to fly our 30 foot by 60 foot American Flag off the ladder truck for the returning soldiers. Special Thanks go to the El Paso Fire Department for providing the ladder truck since 2002.
